New Article: DOL Field Assistance Bulletin

On December 30, 2021, the DOL issued guidance on the application of the new disclosure rules under ERISA Section 408(b)(2)(B) applicable to certain service providers to group health plans. The guidance issued as Field Assistance Bulletin 2021-03 describes a temporary enforcement policy that will protect covered service providers who act in accordance with a good faith, reasonable interpretation of the new rules.
